Product is well packaged inside a wrap, then a paper box, then the package box. It arrived with no damage. There's a little desiccant package inside the box. The actual music box's rhythm is slightly off but for the price, I would say it is a quality made. Delivery took forever, and there was no tracking information so I honestly thought the item was just lost during transfer. Might be due to covid.
