The music box will play around 30 seconds of the tune.
Once we start the tune development process, we cannot return or refund the money you paid.
We will send you a maximum 3 rounds of music box tune iteration. After the 3rd round, the tune is fixed and will need to be move to production stage.
The development and production of the music box will take around 3-4 weeks, given if we have efficient communication.

Shipping cost is calculated at check out. We only ship with expedited shipping due to the high cost of the products.
Please disregard the shipping estimation time in the check out page. Shipping will take around 2 weeks. So the total turnaround time is around 1.5 month.
